Dr. Caroline Graham

Welcome! I’m so happy to have you here.

I’m a psychiatrist based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, specializing in mental health.

Where I’m Coming From:
Psychiatrist. Mom. Wife. I have seen how both medicine and life can bring us to our knees. As a farm kid turned physician, I learned early that growth often comes on the other side of loss. Experiences as both a physician and a patient confirmed something I’d always sensed: healing happens when patients are respected and their time is valued.

When It Became Personal:
Motherhood gave me an even deeper perspective. My son’s complicated birth and NICU stay brought me to my own rock bottom and reshaped how I think about resilience, suffering, and healing. Today, I carry that insight into my practice: that even our deepest valleys can become places of profound growth.

That experience changed how I practice. It reminded me how fragile life is, how complex healing can be, and how much strength people carry.

The Human Behind The Clinician:

When I’m not in session, you’ll find me outdoors with my husband and two children, back at the farm spending time with family, scuba diving, or trying out a new recipe in the kitchen. I’ve lived on three continents, taught English in Spain, and studied in India—experiences that keep me curious about people and cultures. I believe healing is not just about symptom relief, but about living with joy, connection, and purpose.

I want you to know:

You don’t have to have it all together to begin this journey.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

You just have to show up.

I’ll meet you where you are with warmth, openness, and care. And we’ll figure out the rest together.

Schedule
Four women with backpacks standing on a dirt trail in a hilly landscape, smiling for the camera on a sunny day.

Before becoming a doctor, I was an English teacher in Spain. This was taken hiking the Camino de Santiago.

A smiling couple stands together outdoors near a flowing waterfall surrounded by trees, with an informational sign in the foreground.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and family. We love to hike, cycle, and do almost anything outdoors!

A dog with white and brown fur standing in a dry, grassy field with trees and mountains in the background under a cloudy sky.

This is Mesa. She’s a rescue and really enjoys hiking and colder winter weather. Oklahoma summers are her least favorite time of year.
