Services and Fees
Comprehensive care that goes beyond medication
Guiding Principles
I believe healing happens when we take the time to look at the whole person and not just a set of symptoms.
My approach blends evidence-based psychiatry with attention to lifestyle, relationships, nutrition, activity, and faith. By addressing both the medical and the human sides of mental health, we can uncover the root causes of what’s keeping you stuck and create a treatment plan that is both effective and sustainable.
Your treatment might include medication, as well as evidence-based supplements, therapy, or nutrition and lifestyle shifts. We’ll build your plan together—based on what helps you feel steady, clear, and in control of your life.
This is care for the whole self and supports the full picture of your health.
What to Expect
-
Consultation Call (15 min)
Schedule using the “Request An Appointment” button below. We’ll discuss why you are seeking services and I’ll share my background and approach. You’ll have the chance to ask any questions you may have so you can feel confident and comfortable moving forward. Our conversation is confidential and completely without pressure.
-
Intake Forms
After our initial phone call, I’ll send you an intake packet of forms and questionnaires to be completed before our first session. This paperwork will take approximately 30-60 minutes to complete. I will be studying your past history, present symptoms, and goals of care prior to the initial evaluation.
-
Initial Evaluation (75 min)
This will be conducted via telehealth using an online platform. This evaluation is an opportunity for me to hear more about your story- your current struggles, what has worked well for you and what has not. We’ll discuss a treatment plan specific to you. This may include medications, therapy, lifestyle and nutrition optimization, and lab testing.
-
Follow-Up Visits (25-50 min)
The frequency of our visits may vary from every other week to every 3 months depending on your needs. Together, we will continue refining your treatment plan to ensure the best possible results. Lab work will be reviewed as needed, and therapy and lifestyle interventions can be incorporated at your request.

How I Work
Medication Management
I provide careful, individualized prescribing with a focus on thorough discussion of risks, benefits, and side effects so you feel informed in your choices. I prescribe conservatively and collaboratively. You won’t be pushed into something you’re not comfortable with, but the right medication can often relieve symptoms like brain fog, panic, mood swings, or sleep issues so you can start showing up more fully in your life. We’ll monitor what’s working and fine-tune as needed.
Therapy
Every session includes elements of supportive therapy. For those seeking longer visits, I also offer structured approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy, designed to help you explore patterns, build coping skills, and move toward lasting change.
Nutrition & Brain Health
Your brain is connected to everything—your gut, your hormones, your sleep. What we eat and how we move profoundly affect our mental health. We’ll look at what might be fueling your fog, fatigue, or anxiety and explore simple changes that support your mental clarity and energy. I work with patients to identify lifestyle factors that may be contributing to symptoms and create realistic, supportive changes that promote healing.
Supplements & Herbs
Supplements can play an important role in optimizing mental health when used wisely. If you're open to non-pharmaceutical support, I guide patients on safe, evidence-based use of nutraceuticals to support sleep, energy, and mood and ensure they do not interfere with current medications. Did you know that in a 2019 cohort study, vitamin D deficiency was linked to a 75% greater risk of developing depression over 4 years? Many people take supplements without knowing what’s actually helpful or safe. I can help you avoid common pitfalls and choose only what’s worth your time and money.
Spiritual Support
Want to bring faith into the conversation? I’m here for that, too. When welcome, I offer a Christian-based approach to healing that welcomes your story and your spiritual life. You don’t have to separate your faith from your mental health. Here, they can walk side by side and I’m happy to pray with you.
