My Approach
You’re not a label or a checklist of symptoms. You’re a person who’s been carrying more than your share, and you’re ready to feel like yourself again.
That’s why I don’t rush care or default to quick fixes. I take time to listen, understand your story, and build a plan that fits with your values and goals. I combine evidence-based medication management with lifestyle-focused, integrative approaches to help patients rediscover balance, cultivate resilience, and reclaim joy in their lives.
Because real healing isn’t just about reducing symptoms. It’s about rediscovering balance, resilience, and the freedom to feel steady, connected, and whole. I believe that brain health is whole-body health. The mind does not exist apart from the body. It is shaped by sleep, nutrition, movement, hormones, stress, and connection. When one area is out of balance, it affects the others. Restoring mental clarity often begins with understanding these connections and treating the person as a whole.
Your treatment might include medication, therapy, or changes in nutrition, sleep, & movement. It might also include space for faith and spiritual practices. Most often, it’s a thoughtful combination—designed together, at your pace.
This is care for the whole self and supports the full picture of your health.
