Use of this website, contact forms, or scheduling tools does not establish a doctor–patient relationship. That relationship is formed only after formal clinical intake and consent.

Payment Policy

Cogniva Psychiatry is a private-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated in writing. We do not bill insurance directly.

Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments (“no-shows”) may be charged the full session fee.

  • Repeated late cancellations may result in discharge from the practice.

Communication

Email and messaging are for administrative purposes only and should not be used for urgent or emergency concerns.
